11 Mar Soaring with STEM at the New York Elementary Principal’s Association Conference
March 2025 brought us another exciting opportunity as we attended the New York Elementary Principal’s Association (NYEPA) Conference. Elementary school principals from across the state gathered to exchange ideas, discover new educational tools, and find innovative ways to inspire young learners — and we were thrilled to be part of it.
Our team set up our Edustation Pro Flight Simulator, allowing principals to get a hands-on experience in piloting a simulated aircraft. It was amazing to watch their excitement as they realized how immersive flight simulation can capture the imagination of young students while teaching them valuable STEM concepts.
During the conference, we had the pleasure of meeting so many passionate and forward-thinking elementary school leaders. Our conversations focused on how early exposure to aviation and technology can lay the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
We were especially encouraged to see how principals recognized the potential of the Edustation Pro in fostering early curiosity in fields like aerospace, engineering, and technology. By bringing aviation into the classroom, educators can open doors to future career opportunities while keeping students actively engaged in their learning.
A huge thank you to NYEPA for welcoming us to their conference and providing a space to inspire elementary school educators. We are excited to see how many classrooms will soon be soaring to new heights with STEMPILOT!
