Josh Rivera earned his Instrument Rating today. I met Josh 5 years ago when he was a sophomore at Frederick Douglass Academy  located in Harlem, NYC. Josh earned a full scholarship to Vaughn College of Aeronautics where he is now a Junior with Honors grades. Watching Josh apply his aviation skills from high school through college has been amazing. We applaud and CONGRATULATE Josh for his amazing achievements.
