09 Dec Studying Thrust using 3D Printers
IS 187 has 3D printers in their lab. Steve Dimino found 3D models for both piston and turbine engines. The students have printed these engines and will assemble them while studying how these engines work. This segment combines physics and engineering to understand how engines generate thrust to propel an aircraft. This “Hands On” approach to learning assures these students will remember this for many years. Totally Amazing work Steve.
